I was a member of first robotics competition team 313 for all 4 years of high school. as a part of this team I built a total of 6 robots, 3 of which are shown below.
BABY
Baby was The first robot I led the build of on this team in my role as build captain. BABY was a 4-wheel tank drive built to drive over obstacles on the field. IT ALSO was easy to adapt to other games, allowing us to add on different mechanisms, such as the one in the right photo below.
Honey
Honey was The first robot I led the build of in my role as TEam President. HOney was an 8-wheel Tank drive with hI-grip wheels for more pushing power to play defense. HONEY also had A pneumatic arm with a spinning wheel intake to to grab "power cubes" and score them for that year's FRC game.
Sweet pea
Sweet Pea was The last robot I led the build of on this team in my senior year. BABY was a 4-wheel tank drive built to drive over obstacles on the field. It also had a 3-stage elevator mechanism with a roller Arm at the top to grab "CArgO", the game pieces of that year, which can be seen in the right photo below. We also had an arm design to grab acrylic plates to score points in the game using suction cups, which can be seen in the left photo below.
