The Bigrep Studio G2 is a large-Format Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printer. In my role as Lead Fabrication Consultant for the University of Michigan's Fabrication Underground, I led the project to integrate this printer into our 3D printing service. I assisted with setting up the printer as well as running its few test Prints, which can be seen below.
MATERIALS
Due to its industrial heating elements and ventilated printing chamber, the bIgrep Studio G2 can use a variety of materials. Below is a list of all the materials I have validated and created profiles for on our machine:
